Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project details, milestones, owners and evidence in the approved system.
• Track upcoming work and overdue actions; flag missing inputs and risks promptly.
• Arrange briefings, record decisions and follow up actions across the delivery team.
• Prepare verified status packs and action lists; obtain validation of technical information.
• Assemble closure, renewal and billing evidence; follow version and document rules.
