Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project details, milestones, owners and evidence in the approved system.
• Track upcoming work and overdue actions; flag missing inputs and risks promptly to the Regulatory Project Manager (RPM).
• Arrange briefings, record decisions and follow up assigned actions across the delivery team.
• Prepare verified status packs and action lists, obtaining RAS validation of technical information.
• Assemble closure, renewal and billing evidence; follow approved version and document rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant regulatory, project-coordination or technical service support experience.
• Strong scheduling, record accuracy, written communication and dependable follow-through.
• Working competence in project tools, spreadsheets and confidential document repositories.
