Job summary

Claymore Solutions Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Paralegal Specialist to manage day-to-day legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance tasks.

The role serves as the central point of coordination between internal management and external counsel, ensuring timely, accurate handling of documentation and regulatory submissions. You will liaise with PAGCOR and other government bodies, monitor licensing deadlines, prepare board materials, and maintain a secure repository of contracts and filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (legal management, paralegal studies, political science, or business law).
• 3–5 years of paralegal, legal operations, or regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience with igaming or other highly regulated industries is advantageous.
• Experience dealing with government agencies or regulators; PAGCOR experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal coordinator for day-to-day legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance matters.
• Coordinate with PAGCOR and other agencies, preparing, submitting, and tracking regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory filings, registrations, renewals, and related licensing.
• Monitor deadlines and compliance obligations, informing stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain corporate documents and agreements.
• Liaise with external counsel and internal departments to advance matters.
• Maintain organized legal document repository and trackers.
