Job summary

PalmPay is seeking a Legal and Compliance Officer in the Philippines to provide administrative, coordination, documentation, and monitoring support to the Legal & Compliance function. The role ensures proper coordination, documentation, tracking, and follow-through with departments, management, regulators, and external counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field.
• Paralegal certification or relevant legal/compliance training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate legal requests from various departments and ensure proper routing and follow-up.
• Maintain a tracker of contracts, legal requests, approvals, signatures, and outstanding actions.
