Job summary

Paramount Resources Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a senior paralegal to support the Legal Counsel team on regulatory matters, including competition and antitrust across the client’s food businesses. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong research, analytical, drafting and organisational capabilities.

You will conduct legal/regulatory research, prepare concise analyses, assist with document collection and regulatory submissions, and coordinate information with business units

Qualifications

• Must have strong legal research, analytical, drafting and organisational abilities.
• Experience handling confidential information with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Legal Counsel on regulatory matters, including antitrust and competition law investigations, regulatory reviews and internal compliance.
• Conduct regulatory research and prepare concise analyses for counsel.
• Assist with document collection, review, and preparation for regulatory submissions or investigations.
• Coordinate information across business units and functions; maintain case files, trackers and deadlines.
• Support competition law compliance initiatives, training materials and internal guidance.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal stakeholders as required.
