Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Analyst to support Regulatory Change Management (RCM) governance, oversight and reporting in our Manila office. The role focuses on high‑quality data management, scheduled reporting, and governance support to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory obligations globally.

The successful candidate will work autonomously within established procedures, collaborate with multiple functions, and help drive consistent adoption of the RCM standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience producing accurate reporting or management information.
• Experience supporting committees, governance forums or cross-functional processes.
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Data management and repository administration across designated repositories and libraries.
• Prepare scheduled dashboards and management information for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Support governance forums with agendas, papers, and presentations; capture decisions and actions.
• Be the first point of contact for stakeholder questions on the RCM process and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize or automate data, reporting and governance activities.
