Job summary

Northern Trust’s Manila office is seeking a Consultant for Regulatory Change Management governance, oversight and reporting. The role provides SME guidance, leads complex deliverables, translates regulatory change into actionable insight, and influences stakeholders across business units and functions.

You will work within GRCM to shape the enterprise operating model, manage governance forums, and deliver data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory change, governance and risk management.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory change into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance structures, terms of reference and escalation pathways for RCM.
• Provide risk-based oversight and challenge on RCM processes and data.
• Own data domains, dashboards and reporting aligned to governance needs.
• Support senior forums with executive-ready papers and recommendations.
