Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analytics, process improvement, or project delivery roles (TBD: confirm minimum years for manager level).
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance or regulatory reporting in the Philippines.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Experience using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or equivalent) to communicate insights effectively.
• Experience implementing workflow or reporting automation (e.g., SharePoint, Alteryx, or equivalent tools).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of vendor management practices and operational controls relevant to regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
• Project delivery skills, including tracking actions, managing risks/issues, and supporting delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of qualitative and quantitative analysis for licensing and regulatory compliance and internal performance reporting
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to deliver accurate, timely dashboards, recurring reports, and management insights
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and translate findings into recommendations and action plans
• Drive process optimization by documenting current-state workflows and helping design improved future-state processes and controls
• Implement automation and digital solutions to streamline reporting and operational workflows, improving efficiency and consistency
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, align priorities, and manage expectations across initiatives and deliverables
• Track delivery progress through plans, status reporting, issue/risk management, and stakeholder communications
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and supporting knowledge transfer within the team
