You translate regulatory requirements into measurable deliverables, scalable reporting, and streamlined workflows. You will partner with stakeholders to align priorities, manage delivery outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analytics, process improvement, or project delivery roles
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance or regulatory reporting in the Philippines
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to support operational and strategic decision‑making
• Experience using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or equivalent) to communicate insights effectively
• Experience implementing workflow or reporting automation (e.g., SharePoint, Alteryx, or equivalent tools)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Working knowledge of vendor management practices and operational controls relevant to regulated environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data‑driven insights to non‑technical audiences
• Project delivery skills, including tracking actions, managing risks/issues, and supporting delivery timelines

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis for licensing and regulatory compliance and internal performance reporting
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to deliver dashboards, recurring reports, and management insights
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and translate findings into actions
• Document current-state workflows and design improved future-state processes and controls
• Implement automation and digital solutions to streamline reporting and workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, align priorities, and manage expectations across initiatives
• Track delivery progress through plans, status reporting, issue/risk management, and stakeholder communications
• Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and supporting knowledge transfer
