Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience is required.
• Workforce Solutions background with Staffing and Healthcare background is preferred.
• Registered Nurse with active, clear, unencumbered license.
• Minimum 3 years experience in acute care or non-acute care clinical setting, preferable in management.
• Talent Acquisition or recruitment position
• Former travel or agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and health history interviews with clients, utilising clinical knowledge and professional communication skills
• Document client information accurately and comprehensively in accordance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide clinical guidance and support during interview processes, ensuring all health-related queries are addressed appropriately
