Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Health Clinical Services Senior Manager to lead operations for a health account. Based in Taguig, the role requires strategic oversight, stakeholder management, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations.

You must hold a US RN license with at least 12 years of relevant experience and 10 years in supervision; BPO exposure is preferred. Night shift with on-site location at Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active US Registered Nurse license.
• Twelve or more years of relevant health operations experience.
• Ten or more years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• BPO experience is preferred, health account exposure is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations managers and leads to make independent, impactful decisions.
• Be accountable for results to Accenture and the client.
• Lead medium-term planning, objective setting, and new procedure development.
• Lead discussions and provide solutions to complex business problems.
• Implement business-focused solutions within time and cost constraints.
• Operate self-directed within broad goals and strategic direction.
• Develop and manage key internal/external client relationships.
• Identify business development opportunities and raise them to senior management.
• Act as a stand-in for the immediate manager on operational direction.
• Ensure client satisfaction against SLAs and KPI milestones.

Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with the Operation Managers & Leads in making independent decisions, which have major day-to-day impact in area of responsibility, and may influence direction of other areas.
• Accountable for results of work to both Accenture and client.
• Accountable for medium-term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures within area of responsibility.
• Lead discussions and provide possible solution in addressing complex business problems/issues
• Provides and assists in the implementation of business-focused solutions within time/cost constraints.
• Self-directed within broad goals and strategic direction in satisfying organization or client objectives.
• Responsible for developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across spheres of influence, including situations in which no relationship previously existed.
• May participate in business development opportunities and communicate them to senior management.
• Required to act as effective stand-in for immediate manager on operational direction of complex or large function or project, or medium size unit within stable mature operation, or key element of volatile environment.
• Responsible for client satisfaction in area of responsibility, against service level agreement, and ensures achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones.

Skill And Qualifications

• At least 12 years relevant experience and 10 years supervisory
• Holds current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license. No state specific RN licensure required
• BPO experience should be any account (Health account experience is only a plus, but not required)
• Requires problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
