Job summary

Position: General Practitioner / General Physician

Location: Ground Floor, MegaOne Building, España Boulevard Corner Mayon St., Sta. Teresita, Quezon City

Salary: Negotiable (Paid via payroll on the 15th and 30th of every month)

Position Overview

Nederlands Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to deliver primary medical care, conduct consultations, and maintain high standards of patient record-keeping. The candidate will work closely with healthcare staff to provide quality healthcare services and manage patient health effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Record Management:

  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate patient information, including medical history, reports, and physical examination results, through the clinical management system.

  • Fill up all relevant details in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) reports according to agreed formats and protocol.

• Patient Consultation & Communication:

  • Explain medical procedures, discuss diagnostic test results, and outline prescribed treatment plans clearly with patients as required.

  • Educate patients on preventative healthcare practices, proper medication use, and health management.

• Collaborative Care:

  • Coordinate daily healthcare workflows and patient treatment with nurses, diagnostic technicians, and other healthcare providers.

• Emergency Management:

  • Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions or necessary referrals when urgent medical attention is required.

Timings & Work Hours

• Working Pattern: 5.5 Days Working

• Monday – Friday: 9 Hours per day (includes 1-hour break)

• Saturday: Half Day

• Sunday: OFF (All Sundays Off)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate of Doctor of Medicine (MD).

• Licensure: Valid and active PRC License as a Physician.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency or familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and clinical management systems.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, patient care, decision-making, and emergency response skills.
