Job summary

Care Center Clinic is seeking a multidisciplinary healthcare support professional to provide patient-facing care, administrative support, nursing assistance, and clinical tasks within a medical facility.

The role includes health assessments, coordinating with departments, patient education, data management, and appointment orchestration across teams. Prior BSN and RN licensure are required for clinical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BSN from a recognized institution and RN with valid PRC license.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in hospital or community health.
• Willingness to participate in community-based programs and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Performs quick health assessments for patients.
• Refers patients to primary care and specialist doctors.

• Collaborates with HMO for processing patient care.
• Provides health teaching and instructions for labs/diagnostics.
• Endorses patients to Ortho/Rehab, Eye Center, Pulmonary, and Diagnostic Center.
• Arranges patient appointments and registers data in the system.
• Encodes cash transactions for labs/work-ups as requested.
• Administers medications (Oral, SQ, IV, IM) and skin testing.

Job description

This is a multi-disciplinary healthcare support role encompassing customer service, administrative, nursing, and clinical responsibilities within a medical facility. The role involves direct patient interaction, clinical assistance, data management, and coordination across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Performs quick health assessment to patients

• Refers patients to primary care and specialist doctors

• Attends to patients' queries and complaints

• Collaborates with the HMO Department for the processing of patient's healthcare

• Provides health teaching and gives clear instructions to patients undergoing laboratory and/or diagnostic procedures

• Provides proper endorsement of patient/s to other departments (Ortho/Rehab, Eye Center, Pulmonary and Diagnostic Center)

• Assists with arrangement of appointment for the patient

• Registers patient's name in the system and updates general data of patients in the system

• Encodes all cash transactions, i.e. Laboratory work-ups and/or diagnostic procedures, as requested by the doctor

• Administers medications (Oral, SQ, IV and IM) and performs skin testing (mantoux and antibiotic)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in hospital, community health, or related healthcare settings

• Experience in primary care, patient education, or outreach programs is an advantage

• Willingness to be assigned in community-based programs

• Flexible and adaptable to different work environments and schedules
