Job summary

Indus - Medica Supply and Installation Services Corp is hiring a Registered Mechanical Engineer to join our Santa Rosa City Laguna facility on a full-time basis. The role focuses on designing mechanical systems for medical equipment projects, performing site inspections, and overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.

The ideal candidate has a licensed ME, a relevant degree, CAD proficiency, and familiarity with Medical Gas Pipeline Installlation standards.

Qualifications

• Valid license as Registered Mechanical Engineer in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Proficiency with CAD software and mechanical engineering analysis tools is required.
• Familiarity with international standards and codes for Medical Gas Pipeline Installlation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for medical equipment supply and installation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment at client facilities.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable mechanical engineering codes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project records and prepare technical reports for stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff on best practices in mechanical engineering and installation procedures.

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Santa Rosa City Laguna facility on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive project records and prepare technical reports for stakeholders and clients

What we're looking for

• A valid license as a Registered Mechanical Engineer with professional registration in the relevant jurisdiction

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution

• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software and mechanical engineering analysis tools

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and structural analysis

• Familiarity with international standards and codes applicable to Medical Gas Pipeline Installlation

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• A commitment to safety, quality assurance, and continuous professional development

• Preferred experience in Medical Gas Pipeline Installlation, healthcare facility design, or similar specialized engineering environments
