The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a valid PRC license as an RME, with relevant experience and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• RME with a valid PRC license is mandatory.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment operation, or engineering is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Solid documentation and reporting skills.
• Good analytical, problem solving, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, inspect, install, operate, and maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.

Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to minimize downtime.

Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and engineering documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable engineering regulations.

Coordinate with other departments to support production and operational requirements.

Identify mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.

Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:
