Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support operations, maintenance, and efficiency of residential property's mechanical systems. You will perform inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance to keep facilities running safely and reliably.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a PRC-registered license, with fresh graduates welcome. You will work with external vendors and internal teams to address facility concerns and ensure compliance

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain records of equipment inspections, maintenance schedules, and repair activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and property management teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering practices, and building regulations.
• Provide technical support in addressing facility-related concerns.

What We're Looking For:
