The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a valid PRC license as an RME, with relevant experience and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• RME with a valid PRC license is mandatory.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment operation, or engineering is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Solid documentation and reporting skills.
• Good analytical, problem solving, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, inspect, install, operate, and maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements to reduce downtime.
• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production needs.
• Identify mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
