Job summary

Agenture Corporation is seeking a qualified Bidding Engineer to review technical specifications and prepare technically compliant bidding documents in collaboration with the Sales team.

You will evaluate project requirements, provide product recommendations, coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams, and maintain detailed bidding records to ensure timely responses to clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical specs and standards in power distribution products and components.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Setup:

• First 3 months training: Fully on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM @ 11 Sta. Teresita, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City -- with free accommodation.

• After 3 months of training, to be deployed back in employee's residence or nearby cities, with the same schedule.
