Qualifications

• Current PRC licensure as a Professional Electrical Engineer in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional electrical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of the NECP and local building codes.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with multi-project oversight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee electrical system installations in line with specs and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate electrical needs and safety hazards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD tools.
• Supervise teams, contractors, and partners to meet timelines and quality.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems to minimise downtime.
• Ensure NECP, building codes, and safety regulations compliance.
• Perform safety audits and implement corrective measures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and management recommendations.
