Job summary

Polystar General Services Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila seeks a Registered Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to lead electrical and mechanical projects from conception to completion.

You will ensure compliance with PNBC and safety standards, supervise on-site installation, prepare documentation, and mentor junior engineers. This full-time role offers growth into project leadership within a dynamic engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in electrical and mechanical project engineering.
• Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from design through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and their integration in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proficiency in engineering software and CAD applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design and execution of electrical and mechanical projects in Makati and surrounding regions.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and specs.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Supervise on-site installation, testing and commissioning of systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, specifications and reports for records and submissions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
