Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales professional to drive value-added services (VAS) performance across the region. You will coordinate with district leadership, support Account Managers, and ensure successful VAS launches and promotions across all sales channels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple teams to optimize penetration, quality, and sales growth within a hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in DSM or similar sales/business development role with comparable complexity.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and align with sales strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between field teams and back-office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive performance of VAS in the region, focusing on penetration and quality.
• Coordinate with Senior District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager to align VAS strategy.
• Assist Account Managers in handling retailers, resolving escalations, and executing VAS strategies.
• Analyze VAS sales performance across regions to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct regular market scans at POS for VAS offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Support rollout and readiness of new VAS products and enhancements across sales channels.
