Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a results-driven professional to drive value-added services (VAS) performance across the Bacolod region. You will coordinate with district sales leaders to ensure VAS strategies are executed, support retailers and accounts, and analyze field data to uncover growth opportunities.

You will also roll out new VAS products, coordinate tools and training for the sales network, and oversee referral fee processes with timely disbursement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in DSM or similar sales/BD role.
• Able to work across departments to align VAS strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive VAS performance across the region, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Senior District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager to align VAS strategy and execution.
• Assist Account Managers in handling retailers and executing VAS sales plans.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform actions.
• Lead trainings to ensure Sales Agents understand new VAS products and selling points.
• Manage referral fee processes and ensure timely disbursement within the region.
