Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Specialist to drive merchandising, promotions, and event activities across the assigned region. You will manage inventory, deploy materials, and collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and agencies to maximize brand visibility in-market.

The role requires hands-on field experience in BTL activities, strong coordination with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to translate marketing plans into on-ground results.

• Develop deployment plans for merchandising to boost brand awareness amid competition.
• Lead merchandising activities during blitzes, events, and sponsored activities.
• Ensure consistent execution of merchandising plans per company standards.
• Coordinate inventory installation and integrity of merchandising materials.
