Pioneer Specialty Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to oversee end-to-end trade shows, dealer roadshows, regional expos, and store activations across Visayas and Mindanao.

This role leads regional field teams, coordinates with event agencies, and manages budgets to maximize brand visibility and ROI. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 3+ years in trade marketing or events (FMCG/building materials), and strong Excel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, regional activations, or event management—preferably within FMCG, building materials, or hardware industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, dynamic reporting formulas, automated tracking sheets).
• Ability to speak local languages/dialects (Cebuano/Bisaya) is a strong advantage for local crew management and dealer rapport.
• Ability to command an event floor, delegate tasks effectively under pressure, and manage third-party event crews.
• Proven skill in managing multi-island freight and last-minute event troubleshooting.
• Ability to bridge marketing activities with immediate sales metrics
• Strong understanding of sell-out strategies, channel mechanics, and regional distributor models.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Visayas and Mindanao for key activations and field audits.

Responsabilités

• Directs the strategy, end-to-end execution, and post-event analysis for all high-impact trade shows, dealer roadshows, regional expos, and store activations across Visayas and Mindanao.
• Leads regional field teams and event agencies, manages operating budgets, drives brand visibility, and converts trade events into high-yield commercial and relationship-building opportunities.
• Lead the planning and execution of VisMin trade shows, conventions, launches, and training workshops.
• Directs and coaches regional marketing officers, field staff, and event crews across Visayas and Mindanao.
• Partners with Area Sales Managers and Field Reps to map event strategies to regional sales targets.
• Drives event sales and order volume through exclusive promos, trade deals, and sign-ups.
• Builds strong partnerships with local trade associations, hardware co-ops, and key distributors.
• Direct the movement and management of event displays, merch, and materials from Luzon to VisMin.
• Manage VisMin events budget to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spending.
• Evaluate event success—tracking leads, sales, and foot traffic—and report key takeaways to leadership.
• Set event guidelines and train staff to maintain brand standards across activations.
