Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a proactive Sales Development Trainee to blend hands-on selling with leadership training. The role is designed to prepare you for future positions such as Sales Manager or Market Territory Manager, with exposure across the country.

You will work on regional KPIs, RTM execution, and cross-department rotations while building market analyses and consolidated reports. Willingness to travel nationwide and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Business Management or a similar discipline.
• Knowledge in customer service systems, sales distribution and sales management.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
• With valid Driver's License with Restriction Code A and B.

Responsibilities

• Assure attainment of Region KPIs by setting realistic but stretched targets and monitoring monthly.
• Evaluate and ensure proper execution of RTM plans; identify issues and propose strategic solutions.
• Execute Region special projects (Trade Developer implementation, Call Center improvements, PPS route reconfiguration, BDS Transition).
• Rotational Training across departments to learn diverse operational functions.
• Conduct Market Analysis by researching trends, identifying potential clients, and monitoring competition to propose competitive strategies.
• Consolidate Region reports.
