Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related leadership experience, preferably in product or trade marketing.
• Proven experience in Product Management and in-store optimization.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, sales and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor trade promotion and campaign development to boost sell-in and retail engagement.
• Evaluate and track campaign effectiveness using sales growth, turnover and feedback.
• Drive compliance and quality standards for in-store execution and displays.
• Handle approvals from other departments and third parties when needed.
