Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks a Retail Activation Manager – General Trade to drive in-store activation programs across sari-sari stores, wholesalers, and distributor networks in the Philippines. Translate brand strategies into practical field initiatives with Sales and cross-functional teams to boost visibility and conversion.

You will lead activation calendars, toolkits, and POSM, while monitoring performance with KPIs to ensure timely rollout across priority territories and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in FMCG, preferably trade marketing or retail activation.
• Strong experience in general trade (sari-sari stores, wholesalers, distributor setup).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement in-store activation programs aligned with brand priorities.
• Translate marketing plans into field execution guidelines (PICOS, display standards, promo mechanics).
• Lead development of POSM, merchandising tools, and activation kits.
• Ensure timely rollout and high-quality execution across priority territories.
• Conduct field immersion to validate execution and identify gaps.
• Create sell-in decks, activation playbooks, and retailer engagement materials.
• Equip sales teams and distributors with tools to drive execution and conversion.
• Monitor activation performance using KPIs and identify gaps to improve availability and visibility.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly activation calendars for general trade and manage activation budgets.
• Pilot activation approaches for emerging GT segments and support new product launches.
