You will collaborate with country TA teams and hiring stakeholders to improve access to talent, maintain accurate recruitment information, and enable consistent, efficient TA processes across the region.

Responsibilities

• Supports Talent Acquisition across Asia through proactive candidate sourcing, talent-pool development, recruitment data management, reporting and process administration.
• Partners with country Talent Acquisition teams and hiring stakeholders to strengthen access to talent and enable consistent TA operations across the region.
• Maintains accurate recruitment information and supports data-driven decision making for regional recruitment initiatives.
