Job summary

JNR Botique Unlimited Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a capable Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee assigned stores and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will travel between locations and implement company policies with accountability.

You will lead store teams, maintain MS Excel reports, communicate clearly, and adapt to weekend/holiday shifts as required by operations. Strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail operations.
• Supervisory or area-level experience is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple stores or teams is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits and travel between locations.
