Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years as head/manager in F&B/FMCG or hospitality.
• Certified Barista is a plus.
• Agile and able to cope with complexity and change.
• Exhibits passion and excitement over work.
• Has a can-do attitude and willingness to work long hours.
• Able to structure and analyze data for insights.
• Willing to handle VISMIN responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs store operations and coaches teams to meet sales targets.
• Trains store staff in manpower planning, service, SOPs and support groups.
• Identifies performance challenges and coaches Barista and team.
• Monitors daily/weekly sales and drives customer service quality.
• Ensures product preparation aligns with approved standards and speed.
• Maintains welfare, safety and security of employees and store.
• Manages stock accuracy and stock levels to maximize selling.
• Oversees cash handling and ensures timely fund availability and reporting.
• Oversees store cleanliness, sanitation and equipment maintenance.
• Facilitates incident investigations and staff timekeeping/reporting.
• Coordinates with Marketing on customer education and promotions.
