Job summary

Lingaro Group Philippines is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our Supply Chain Analytics practice with a focus on integrated planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and procurement analytics.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, shape solution blueprints, and help deliver measurable business value for clients across industries. The role combines SME leadership with client advisory and delivery excellence in a global setting.

Qualifications

• 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, and data analytics.
• Strong hands-on expertise in planning, forecasting, inventory management, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Support domain and practice development within Supply Chain Analytics, including solution accelerators and reusable assets.
• Lead client conversations, discovery workshops, and scoping activities to translate challenges into analytics use cases and implementation plans.
• Provide SME guidance during solution development and delivery, focusing on planning logic, inventory metrics, and business adoption.
• Mentor and coordinate consultants, share best practices, and contribute to internal playbooks and training.
• Collaborate with data, AI, cloud, and delivery teams to design blueprints that connect business value with analytics design.
• Foster partnerships with technology providers and contribute to thought leadership and client materials.
