Job summary

Halma India seeks a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across our Indian market, engaging with system integrators, consultants, OEMs and end users to tailor solutions such as electrical panel suppression systems.

You will lead the sales team, own targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and order closure, leveraging your market awareness and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering or MBA is an added advantage.
• 8–12 years of experience in regional sales.
• Ability to learn, adapt and perform in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales team and day-to-day operations of the sales process with Halma hub and filling station.
• Own and support achievement of assigned sales targets and revenue growth in the region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support market creation and expansion.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in techno-commercial offers, BOQs, and follow-ups for order conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders and timely delivery.
• Maintain sales pipeline, track leads, and build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
