• Lead the Western Visayas and Central Visayas sales teams to meet regional targets.

• Monitor call frequency and field activity to optimize coverage.
• Identify and develop new markets within the region.
• Support buy-side sell-out growth across key trade channels.
• Coordinate Iloilo-based or Cebu-based assignment to ensure regional alignment.
