Job summary

A major construction materials company is seeking an experienced sales manager to lead sales operations and achieve targets in Misamis Oriental, Philippines. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in the construction industry, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing teams, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Attractive perks such as sales commissions and allowances are offered.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in the construction or building materials industry.
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience in the same industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.
• Oversee sales executives’ performance and the daily operations of the plant.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment in the assigned area.
• Enforce discipline and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.
