Food Terminal Incorporated seeks a Program Implementation Officer in Tuguegarao to oversee the P20 Rice Program within the region, ensuring policy adherence and smooth operations.

You will coordinate with LGUs, NGAs, NFA, DA, and partners to drive field activities, monitor rice inventory, and report performance. The role requires at least 1 year in project management or logistics, strong communication and data analysis skills, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related fields as listed in the ad.
• At least 1 year of experience in project implementation, operations/logistics, or supply chain work.
• At least 8 hours of training in project management, logistics, or related fields.
• Career Service (Professional) eligibility preferred but not required for longer-term roles.
• Strong knowledge of government operations, inventory management, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and supervise program implementation within the assigned region.
• Coordinate with LGUs and NGAs, NFA, DA, and partners for efficient execution.
• Monitor regional selling operations, inventory, deliveries and replenishment.
• Conduct field inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage beneficiary processes and address operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit operational, inventory, and performance reports.
• Monitor sales, inventory movement, and required documentation.
• Identify risks and coordinate corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Assist in planning, evaluation, and related management tasks.
