Job summary

Nephro Specialist Inc. is seeking a Regional Purchasing Staff to coordinate procurement across branches. You will source suppliers, request quotations, negotiate terms, and process purchase orders to ensure timely supplies.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1–2 years in purchasing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience handling regional or multi-branch purchasing.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Can work independently and coordinate with different departments and branches.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate purchasing requirements across assigned branches or locations.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and reliability.
• Request and compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and other purchasing documents.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and back orders to ensure timely availability of supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, branch representatives, and internal departments.
• Monitor purchasing costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a reliable supplier network.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
