The role requires a recognized tertiary degree with 10+ years in banking, PMP/PRINCE2, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence senior management.

Qualifications

• Recognized tertiary education with 10+ years in banking/PMO/strategy.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification; PMI-ACP a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Project management of regional business initiatives across multiple streams.
• Track progress, manage risks & issues, and report to senior management.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive process improvements.
• Lead design of target operating models and co-create solutions with stakeholders.
