Responsibilities

• Regulatory Portfolio Management: lead large-scale initiatives across Payments, Cash Management, and related domains with end-to-end delivery.
• Payments Domain Leadership: advise on regulatory changes, payment systems, and market infrastructures across ASEAN.
• Regulatory & Industry Engagement: represent the bank with regulators and industry bodies, drive reviews and audits.
• Technology Delivery, Quality & Stability: oversee tech workstreams, testing, and production readiness.
• Risk, Controls & Operational Resilience: maintain strong controls, resilience, and incident management.
• Stakeholder & People Leadership: manage senior stakeholders and build high-performing delivery teams.
