Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to join our Luzon team. In this full-time position, you will drive sales, manage key accounts, and lead a team of sales professionals across the region, delivering on strategic objectives and growth targets.

You will analyze market trends, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales management in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong relationship-building with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/reach revenue targets within the district.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.
• Lead, motivate and train a team of sales representatives for productivity.
