Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a PGTH Leader to drive Power, Grounding, Temperature, and Humidity (PGTH) initiatives across the region, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or related field).
• 5+ years of field service/technical service experience, medical device preferred.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regions (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to interpret technical reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Regional PGTH program leadership across the region.
• Drive consistent PGTH checks across all countries within the region.
• Develop and maintain standardized PGTH checklists, processes, and best practices.
• Maintain the PGTH dashboard and Powerwatch data flow/integration.
• Ensure service teams follow PGTH requirements during pre-installation, installation, and post-service checks.
• Review PGTH reports and identify non-conformances and trends.
• Provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support countries in prioritizing and implementing PGTH improvements.
• Engage with country teams via regular calls to share updates and escalation plans.
• Collaborate with global PGTH teams to align regional and global standards.
