Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• Postgraduate degree or advanced studies may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and targets.
• Lead and grow the sales team to achieve revenue and margin goals.
• Expand customer base across pet shops, clinics, supermarkets, and online channels.
• Strengthen distributor networks and ensure on-time product availability.
• Manage key accounts, partnerships, and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide training and presentations to customers and prospects.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and profitability within the region.
• Ensure quality, food safety, and compliance within the sales function.
• Drive P&L management for the pet category in the region.
