Role Description

Responsible for overseeing and managing the company-wide business operations through its regional operating arms, and shall be responsible for ensuring strategic business objectives are efficiently and effectively performed, attaining profitability, and ensuring proper management of resources is equitably done.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-branch or multi-department environment.

Others

• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, performance management, process improvement, staff development, and change management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in reporting to executive teams and maintaining inter‑departmental communication.
• Experience in financial management, including budget oversight, cost control, and forecasting.
• Has the ability to balance the need for operational efficiency with nimbleness and innovation, and can represent the company from operational perspectives
