Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Setup gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Provide a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily banking of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
• Communicate with HQ and superior as required.
• Follow SOPs and oversee other duties assigned by assistants/managers.
