The position involves organizing displays, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs and local regulations. You will report to the Asst Branch Manager and collaborate with HQ on reporting and staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Supervisor experience preferred (5+ years in sales/retail).
• Amenable to work in Choice Market Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Manage daily store operations.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect staff and customers.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance to team for efficient operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items for own use and petty notes as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
