Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean; organize merchandise areas.
• Greet and serve customers; maintain customer service standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance of store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales; stock and orders as needed.
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and activities for HQ.
