JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Marketing Support Senior Manager is a strategic leader who owns the overall marketing support function for an entire assigned geographic region. This senior role is responsible for developing the regional marketing vision, leading a dedicated team, and acting as a key strategic partner to the Regional General Manager. You will be accountable for the effective deployment of a significant marketing budget to create localized strategies that empower our sales channels, drive market share, and build our brand equity within the dynamic local landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The core responsibility is to provide high-level strategic leadership and direction for the entire regional marketing function, developing overarching strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring the achievement of regional marketing and sales objectives.
- Localized Marketing Strategy – This position develops and champions the overarching regional marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with national business goals and deep understanding of local market nuances.
- Sales Channel Enablement and Support – This role drives strategic initiatives to empower and optimize sales channels across the region, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Regional Campaign and Event Management – Provide strategic direction and ultimate oversight for all significant regional campaigns and high-impact events, ensuring maximum ROI and brand impact.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting – This role directs advanced market intelligence gathering, trend and customer analysis, and comprehensive business review on marketing performance, utilizing insights to inform strategic decisions and future planning.
- Managing regional marketing budget and ensuring maximum ROI.
- Oversight of regional brand positioning, reputation management, and crisis communication.
- Identifies new market opportunities and innovative marketing approaches for the region.
- Ensure this role ensures all regional marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly DTI.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- At least 12-15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or regional marketing role, preferably in real estate, retail, or property development.
- Strong background in campaign planning, brand management, and regional execution.
- Proven experience in event management and marketing operations.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Experience in collaborating with creative and digital agencies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites and regions.
