Job summary

Coberon Chronos is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager in the Philippines to build and scale the brand, ecosystem, and regional presence for an enterprise AI platform. You will partner with the Regional GM to ensure marketing supports every stage of the customer lifecycle—from awareness to retention—with data-driven programmes and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B enterprise marketing with field and demand generation.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and commercial teams.
• Hands-on in field events, ABM, campaigns, PR, content & comms.
• Deep understanding of enterprise GTM and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience translating product messaging into regional campaigns.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity or enterprise software preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments and multiple priorities.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic marketing partner to the Regional GM and align plans to revenue targets.
• Own the regional marketing strategy across awareness, demand, and retention.
• Plan and deliver integrated programs to drive brand, demand, and pipeline growth.
• Lead regional field marketing, executive events, ecosystem and partner activities.
• Collaborate with GTM and Central Marketing to execute regional initiatives.
• Localise global messaging for regional enterprise audiences.
• Develop and execute ABM programs targeting priority accounts.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, analysts, and media.
• Manage regional budgets, agencies, and external vendors.
• Measure performance and report insights to optimise ROI.
