Wonderful announces a key leadership role for a Regional Marketing Manager to build and scale its brand, ecosystem, and market presence across the region, while aligning with global marketing strategy. The candidate will partner with the Regional GM to drive marketing priorities and lifecycle activities from awareness through retention.

They will own the regional marketing strategy, execute integrated programs, lead field marketing and events, and manage budgets and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B enterprise marketing and field marketing.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and commercial teams to drive revenue.
• Hands-on with ABM, executive events, integrated campaigns, PR and content marketing.
• Strong GTM understanding and full customer lifecycle experience.
• Ability to translate product messaging into regional campaigns and assets.
• Experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned to objectives and revenue targets.
• Own the regional marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Deliver integrated programs for brand awareness, demand, and pipeline growth.
• Lead regional field marketing, events, partner marketing, PR and communications.
• Collaborate with leadership and Central Marketing to execute GTM initiatives.
• Localize global messaging for regional enterprise audiences.
• Develop ABM programs targeting priority accounts.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, analysts, media and influencers.
• Manage regional budgets and external vendors.
• Measure performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback.
