PERSOL is seeking a capable Legal Counsel in the Philippines to provide legal guidance across contracts, IP, governance, and regulatory matters; you will support policy initiatives, draft and negotiate documents, and advise on procurement, IT, construction, and real estate agreements.

You should have at least 1 year PQE, be admitted to the bar, and be adept at legal research, stakeholder management, and using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualificações

• 1+ year post-qualification experience in legal practice or in-house legal environments.
• Experience providing legal advice and conducting legal research.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal counsel across a broad spectrum of matters including contract, IP, governance, criminal, employment, family, and regulatory law.
• Support policy initiatives by reviewing policies, advising on implications, proposing amendments, and liaising with authorities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and procurement/IT/real estate documents.
• Conduct legal training and contribute to legal tech/innovation projects.
• Handle enforcement and prosecution matters, including court appearances and related proceedings.
