Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a legally trained professional to join our Philippines team. You will draft and negotiate commercial and employment contracts, advise HR on terms and offboarding, and handle corporate housekeeping with organized record-keeping.

You’ll support privacy matters and respond to due diligence requests while coordinating with internal and external counsel. Your role includes reviewing NDAs, tracking obligations, and maintaining IP filings, with collaboration across

Qualifications

• A legally trained professional with strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and edit commercial and employment contracts.
• Experience drafting HR-related agreements and corporate documents is preferred.
• Physically based in the Philippines with the ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, service, and vendor agreements.
• Advise HR on employment terms, contractor engagements, and offboarding.
• Handle corporate housekeeping and filing of legal documents.
• Develop internal legal processes, templates, and policies.
• Support privacy, data protection, and security matters with relevant teams.
• Review NDAs, track obligations, renewals, and deadlines.
• Maintain IP records and coordinate with external counsel.
• Communicate with clients and service providers on legal matters.
• Assist in responding to RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel and external counsel on tasks.
